Amy Jill

Licensed Yoga Instructor

Amy Jill initially introduced yoga and pilates to her fitness routine to enhance her overall fitness. What began as a routine physical exercise soon became her life’s commitment. In addition to being a successful yoga and pilates instructor, her credentials include being a certified sound therapist, fitness & weight loss coach, and meal prep instructor. She has helped many students reach and maintain their fitness and overall wellness goals.

Amy Jill’s yoga practice focuses on both Vinyasa and restorative meditative yoga. Her Vinyasa practice is a unique blend of traditional yoga philosophy and an empowering “kick your asana” warrior style, bringing a combination of strength, balance, courage, and most importantly, fun and joy to her practice. Students leave class feeling peaceful and empowered.

Amy Jill’s restorative meditative practice is a combination of breathing, centering, meditation, and stretching. Bringing the mind, body, and spirit back to a perfect blissful alignment. Pilates class is always centered around the individual, focusing on flexibility, muscle tone and helping members achieve and maintain a pain free body.

Join Amy Jill as she guides you on a journey to a deep meditative state with sounds from quartz, Himalayan bowls, and other sacred instruments. The sounds that resonate from these bowls create a ripple pattern in your body at a cellular level. Also called a sound bath, because each bowl creates a frequency that immerses your body in a cleansing effect that guides you to a meditative, centered, and balanced state, removing disharmony and old negative energies by releasing what does not serve you. Even the noisiest mind can be invited to a richer state of meditation. This experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated.

It is Amy Jill’s mission to create a welcoming space, encouraging students to challenge themselves both mentally and physically.
