What to Expect
Your First Visit
We look forward to meeting you
Prior to your first visit you will receive an introductory email that includes: confirmation of your first the appointment, detailed directions to the office; your therapists personal contact number, and documents that we ask you to fill out and bring to the first session.
When you arrive, help yourself to our coffee, tea or spring water in the waiting room or bring something, even a snack, with you.
This is a time and place to feel comfortable about sharing your story with no fear of judgment or reprimand, with a professional committed only to the needs of you and your family.

Therapy is valuable even if you don’t know the problem, but just feel something isn’t right. We can help you to identify what those feelings mean, where they come from and what needs to change in your life to feel better.
We strive to make our time as productive as possible; our sessions run 45-50 minutes. Balancing the frequency of therapy sessions each week or month is only the beginning; real change requires your effort between sessions.
We look forward to meeting you and guiding you to mental wellness and successful relationships.
